Holiday Break!

Good Morning!
Just wanted to check in before I fly away to Rhode Island (have your child find me on a map:)

The field trip was a wonderful experience for me and I believe the students.  We had the opportunity to see many of the things that we had discussed in class.  Our party on Friday was fun, the crafts were great!  Thanks to Mike Schuppner, Debby Campbell, Kathy Ruback, Mrs. Wilson, and Monica Cook for their assistance with the fun!  Remember the kids have a project due on January 6, St. Augustine Scrapbook.

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hannukah!  I am really enjoying working with you and your child.
Sincerely,
Vickie Santostefano

Monday, Monday

Our Monday was a little crazy with more testing, but they got through it.  We will test again tomorrow, math this time.  Students will have a Social Studies Vocabulary test on Wednesday.  They will also have a math (Topic 16) and Spelling test on that day.

Please look around at the other pages on this site, as I have websites that will help the kids.  Good practice for them to work on throughout the break.

Please let me know if you have any questions!!

Looking towards a new week!

This week will be very busy for all of us.  We will have more testing on Monday and Tuesday, these are not tests the students can study for it is a check of where they are.  I am planning to give them their Spelling Test on Wednesday.  Thursday we will have our Field Trip, students and chaperones need to be at school no later than 7:10.  The buses will leave promptly at 7:30, anyone not on the bus at that time will be left behind.
The weather will be very cold this week, so please dress your child appropriately.  Students must be in uniform, so I suggest layers with the uniform shirt on top.  Since the uniform store does not sell winter coats, students can wear their own, however no sweatjackets that are not uniform.

Have a great Sunday!

Thanks!
