FCAT Writes

I apologize for the delay in posting this week, FCAT Writes tends to throw off the schedule.  We are glad that it is over and I feel that the students did a great job!  They deserve a treat:)

Spelling words this week are:  summer, meter, popular, anchor, motor, temper, metal, mineral, crystal, feather, gravel, lunar, material, sailor, bidder, suffer, soccer, mammal, nickel, boulder.  Our test will be on Friday.  Students will also have a test on Cendrillon on Friday, vocabulary words are the same as last week.

Homework:
Spelling:  Monday - NONE
Tuesday - Write words 3 times each in best handwriting - cursive
Wednesday - Write sentences with 10 spelling words - underline the spelling words
Thursday - Write a story using 15 spelling words - underline the spelling words

Reading:  Monday - NONE
Tuesday - NONE
Wednesday - Read Cendrillon to an adult/parent; have parent write note to verify
Thursday - Worksheet; study vocabulary
